No of course I didn't, it was meant to read:

PLEASE WATCH OUT FOR NON MEMBERS USING THE PRACTICE AREA
In recent months we have had a few instances of huge divots being taken and not replaced on the practice area and I think that it may not even be members. We have had a few instances of mystery golfers using the area and hitting from all over the place and not replacing divots. If you see any mysterious characters then just nicely ask if they are members and if they are not, then report them to myself or a member of staff.

PROFESSIONALS DAY 5TH JULY 2014
There are many days in your calendar that are special, birthdays, anniversaries etc but not one is bigger than Professionals Day. The day where everyone plays for the biggest prize fund of the year. You can play with members, guests or both as long as they have a valid handicap. The format last year of a Texas Scramble (team of 4) was a huge hit and this will be repeated this year. There will be a few changes to make it more interesting for everyone.
Teams can be made up of men, women or both. The entry is £10 per person and all of the entry fund will be paid out in prizes on the day. There will also be mystery prizes which will blow you all away.
OVER HALF OF THE TIMES HAVE ALREADY BEEN TAKEN!!!!!
Last year saw Professionals Day break all sorts of records at Linlithgow:
This year we hope to go one better and launch a man a man into space, Phil nearly achieved this last year after having 4 pints of Best and a Babysham. I will be keeping him under control with a taser this year, I can assure you.
Just as last year, entries will be taken on a first come first serve basis and tee times can only be secured when payment is made. So if you have a particular tee time you would like then please come into the shop as soon as!
SAM WINS JUNIOR MEDAL
You may have seen a young chap, no higher that his golf bag strutting around the course over the last year, striking some glorious shots, mostly from the middle of the fairways. His name is Sam and is the most devoted golfer at Linlithgow GC. He works so hard on his game and at the age of 12 years old, he could give most of you a run for your money. Last Friday in the blistering heat, Sam shot a 91 and won the Junior Medal. The smile on his face lit up the shop as he told me for him it felt like winning the British Open. We could all learn a lot from Sam who plays at any given opportunity and certainly gets his money's worth, well his dads money's worth! Well, done Sam!!
MY BATTERY IS STILL MISSING
Many of you have kindly asked me if the person I loaned one of my lithium batteries to has returned it. Well, simply put no!!!! It is worth £200 and really saddens me as I go out of my way as your professional to help everyone who steps into my shop, regardless if anything is bought. I suppose it's in my nature and I am not going to stop being nice, just a bit more careful. So if you wish to hire a battery or borrow anything, then you will have to sign a book and tell me when you intend to return it.
With regard to the battery, the person who has it is going to get a shock as I'm going to go through the CCTV next week from the dates it went missing. It will take a bit of time but as Liam Neeson once said:
"I WILL FIND YOU"
