Just when you think it’s safe to pop your heating off, Jack Frost nips out from behind a tree and catches you off guard. The temperatures this week plummeted quicker than the pound after Brexit.

My car window was even iced up inside to the degree that I had to dispense half a can of De-Icer to shift the glazier. I can’t remember the car journey that day due to the fumes but I got there safe.

More Courses Added

With this freezing weather it is always worth remembering that we have our premier indoor golf solution for you to take advantage from. We have recently added more courses to the simulator library which can see you guys playing courses like Abu Dhabi and The Emirates Golf Course in Dubai. Two courses which I have tamed in my prime! To be honest they tamed me far more times than I tamed them.

The feedback we are getting about the lab is fantastic and I am so glad that you have all embraced what we are trying to do. We are trying so hard to be progressive and to show you how we can deliver so much more than our competition.

New Year - New Ideas

Without you guys, I would not be here so I need you to tell me what else you would like to see us provide or do. If you have any suggestions then please get in touch. I am also sending out a completely anonymous survey to you all in the coming weeks. This is a 3rd party survey which I can get an idea of where I am going right or wrong. It is powered by a company called Club59 who deal with helping golfing facilities better their customer service. They deal a lot with resort based facilities and this is exactly why I have got involved.

These facilities produce excellent customer service/experiences and I would like your experience as a customer to get better. As I said, it is totally anonymous so nobody and I mean nobody will know who has commented on what. The idea is purely to allow me to better your experience as a customer.

New Product Alert

I am not a fan of companies bringing out new product every year but as a retailer I have to embrace it. A number of the leading brands do this and if I do not offer you the latest products then I am not doing my job well. Most of you know that I will never sell you anything unless it is better than what you currently have and this will never change. This is my USP if you like compared to the high street or other retailers. I have the best facility to measure every parameter in golf so you will always be in the best of hands.

TaylorMade will be releasing the new M3 & M4 range next month and I will have the fitting equipment very soon. We will have a pre-launch event at the start of February where you can try out and be fitted to the new range before it has even been released. We may well also have a few other surprises up our sleeves for the night, so stay tuned!!
